Dave White
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Dave has lived the founder journey with extensive experience in starting, scaling and exiting global technology and consultancy firms in the finance sector. He co-founded the European based Odyssey Financial Technologies in 1995, which became a global leader in Private Banking solutions with $130M in revenue and 650 employees.
In 2012, he founded OneAston in Singapore, growing it to 240 staff across nine countries, specialising in technology consultancy for Private Banking and Wealth Management. Having worked throughout Europe, Asia and Australia, Dave brings a global perspective to business growth.
Motivated by climate change and sustainability challenges, he now focuses on supporting, developing, and investing in companies that deliver impactful environmental and social solutions.
Chris Wilson
Partner & Co-Founder
With three decades of consulting experience in technology, data, and strategy, Chris has advised both banking and investment clients and, more recently, early-stage companies tackling climate change, sustainability, and biodiversity. With a background in science, economics and technology, he began at Andersen Consulting, later developing investment platforms in Europe and joining digital banking pioneer egg plc.
After returning to Australia as a Deloitte partner, he established the firm’s first climate change and sustainability practice. As early carbon pricing initiatives stalled, Chris refocused on advising leading financial institutions and high-growth startups, including launching NAB’s UBank and cofounding ANZ’s venture arm, 1835i. He now advises and invests in ventures like Textile Recyclers Australia, ReGenco, and CO2 Australia, and founded Subak Australia in 2020 to support climate-focused non-profits.
